Description
Relevant to a wide range of delegates from Local Authorities, NGOs, research organisations, business, industry and consultancies. The day will also be of interest to students and researchers from universities and research organisations, and will provide the opportunity for informal discussion and exchange of ideas during lunch and coffee breaks.
Each speaker will present their energy topic in a clear and concise way. They will put their own research into context, provide an overview of the subject, and end with a discussion of future directions. At the end of each talk there will be an opportunity for questions and answers.
Fees include refreshments and lunch but not accommodation. The Oxford Energy Futures Conference is VAT exempt
Accommodation
Accommodation is available at the Rewley House Residential Centre, within the Department for Continuing Education, in central Oxford. The comfortable, en-suite, study-bedrooms are rated 3-star, and come with free high-speed internet access and TV. Guests can take advantage of the excellent dining facilities and common room bar, where they may relax and network with others on the programme.
