• Archaeology of the Bible Lands (Online)
  This course introduces students to the discovery of the ancient southern Levant, first by biblical scholars and later, as their discipline developed, by archaeologists.
• King Arthur: Fact or Fiction
  The story of the ‘Once and Future’ King Arthur is one of our most enduring legends. This course will examine the historical reality behind the Arthur legend, through the evidence of archaeology, chronicles and literature.
• The Ancient Mediterranean: Greece and Rome
  The Mediterranean was the cradle of Greek and Roman ‘civilisations’ and this module will introduce you to the archaeology of the Ancient Mediterranean from the rise of Greece to the height of the Roman Empire.
• Pompeii and the Cities of the Roman World (Online)
  Pompeii, preserved by the eruption of Vesuvius in AD 79, is one of the most well known archaeological sites in the world. Examining the evidence from Pompeii, enables us to learn much about urban living in the Roman world.
