• Getting Started in Creative Writing (Online)
  This course introduces the key characteristics of creative writing, and students are supported with stage-by-stage guidance as they assimilate and practise a range of critical and creative methods. Includes tutor feedback and participant discussion.
• Writing Fiction
  Writing teaches writing. There is no substitute. This course will consist primarily of writing exercises, designed to stimulate the pleasurable intensity of composition. Ink will flow. Material will emerge. Stories will be written.
• Poets` Workshop
  If you write poems as a response to life, you will enjoy this workshop. In a supportive but disciplined group we will help you build on existing ideas and skills and encourage you to discover and explore new possibilities.
• Creative Writing: A Practical Approach
  Exploring the technical aspects of creative writing, this course will help you move from initial ideas to a completed piece of work. Input from the tutor and the group will help you to develop a personal and powerful writing style
• Life Writing
  Take this opportunity to give structure and meaning to real life events. Taking a practical approach to writing autobiography, biography and travel writing, this course will explore how to move on from ideas to a completed work.
