    The 20th century saw fundamental shifts in the patterns of religious observance in Britain and Ireland.
  • Exploring Roman Britain (Online)
    Britain was part of the Roman empire from AD 43 for about 400 years. The impact of this is still evident in the landscape, but what was life like in Roman Britain? This course explores the effects of Roman rule on communities around the country.
  • DPhil in Architectural History
    It is possible to study for a doctorate by part-time research in Architectural History. Students studying for the DPhil part-time normally study for 6 years. This compares with a full-time DPhil which normally takes 3 years to complete.
  • Courses and Workshops in the Historic Environment
