Organisational Leadership

While we may be individually strong, we are collectively powerful.” - Rakhi Voria (Leader and Director, IBM Global Digital Sales Development)

This course will examine hands-on organisational leadership.

Participants will explore some of the core elements of organisational leadership and how this can apply to health care environments. Established evidence-based practitioner leaders will provide participants with insights through practical learning. Participants will extend their learning from the Fundamentals of Research Leadership course, have a deeper understanding of their leadership style and explore how this learning can be applied to those they lead, and the wider organisations.

The course will encourage the development of skills to support organisational leadership through self-reflections, group discussions and enhanced self-awareness.

Participants will learn in small groups alongside tutor-led sessions and practical learning from established leaders.

You will gain the knowledge and inspiration to discover and test your new found perspectives, and then feedback to your learning group as you apply the learning in your role.
