Capturing Land-Based Financing: New Strategies for a Changing Planet
Research abstract
Rohan's research focuses on how land value capture, a policy approach that enables the public sector to recover and reinvest land value increases generated by infrastructure investments and other government action, can be used to fund climate-resilient infrastructure at the municipal level. His research similarly examines how land value capture policies can be improved and replicated in other cities.
