Courses
This course will introduce some of the main cellular structures, and their function in human cells. We will explore how the normal “happy” cell maintains a healthy body, concluding with a discussion about advances in cell biology.
The role of Human genes is very apparent in viral diseases. Through their genes, viruses, such as COVID-19, have developed a sophisticated way of infection. Host human cells and virus genes are at war. In this course, we will shed some light on this war.
Normal gene functions ensure that we enjoy a healthy body. However, diseases may alter their normal functions, contributing to disease development. In this course, we will explore how some malfunctioning genes may lead to cancer.
