Dominic designs, facilitates and leads learning events for senior executives mostly on innovation, leadership and high performance.

He has substantial experience facilitating groups, teams and conferences at the highest levels in organizations and the proven capability to help the most fractious groups arrive at a positive, action oriented future focused outcomes.

He works with companies operating in a wide range of industry sectors, which has given him a very broad range of experience and understanding that helps bring fresh insights and approaches to those he works with. He has worked in over 30 countries on client projects, including developed and developing markets and with both national and international multi-cultural teams.

Dominic has conducted research and written on a number of business topics and regularly contributes articles to The Huffington Post and other management related websites.

In his spare time, he is an ultra-distance cyclist - on the 7th May 2015 along with his riding partner and support team he set a new record for Land’s End to John O'Groats on a tandem taking 1 day, 21 hours, 11 minutes to ride the 842 miles (1365km).
