Relational Life Therapy (RLT) offers a radical approach to relationships that challenges many of the orthodoxies of traditional therapeutic theory and practice. Grounded in a searing critique of objective reality and western individualism, RLT draws from systems theories, interpersonal neurobiology and a commitment to social justice to rapidly build relational awareness, supercharge communication skills and enhance intimacy and connection. An opportunity for both therapists and people with no prior therapeutic experience to get to grips with the core principles and skills of RLT for personal development and/or to complement existing therapeutic practice.
