Transcript and duplicate certificate request
If you would like to request a transcript or a duplicate award certificate, either for yourself or for an application to another university or for employment, you may do so using the online form.

If you would prefer to contact a member of staff please email the Registry
You will be presented with your Award Certificate at the Award Ceremony, should you choose to attend, or it will sent to you by recorded delivery once the Award Ceremony has been held. If your Award Certificate is lost, stolen or damaged, you can order a replacement certificate at a cost of £30. If you need to order a replacement please email the Registry
If you would like to request the syllabus details giving more detail of the topics covered for your course, as included on your transcript, please contact the Course Administrator. Contacts may be found on the following pages:
