Technical Team Communication (online)

Overview

Communicate effectively with technical people

Good communication is key to achieving high performance in the workplace.
Technical people need to communicate with multiple stakeholders using multiple communication methods.
Each method requires a set of skills to effectively translate the technical information into a language the stakeholder understands.

This course will cover how to excel in written and verbal communication. Surprisingly, even objective technical feedback can be interpreted with mixed emotions depending on the context of the message.

We will learn how to communicate with clarity and avoid the communication pitfalls that create disharmony and confusion. The course provides practical advice on business writing and verbal communication. A framework is provided to master this skill quickly.

Business communication is usually purpose-driven, and the test of effective communication is that the desired business results are achieved, with the key relationships still intact.

You will leave this course with the practical skills to communicate more effectively.
