Short courses for the public

The Department offers a comprehensive selection of short courses for the public in philosophy, including introductory courses, political philosophy, critical reasoning, ethics and bioethics, philosophy of religion, and much more. These courses generally take place in the evenings, at weekends or through online tuition.

Many of our courses can be studied for credit which means they can count towards a recognised qualification.
