Please note: During the session it was asked how many Oxford University Summer School for Adults (OUSSA) courses students can take as part of the Certificate of Higher Education. Please see the full course details for more information.

Study with Oxford when it suits you

Gain credit from short courses in the subjects you care about

You decide what, how and where you study with the Undergraduate Certificate of Higher Education. This is a flexible and part-time course in which you specialise in a main subject area of your choice, but also undertake study in other subjects of your choosing.

Credit obtained from taking weekly learning classes (online and in Oxford) and attendance at the Oxford University Summer School for Adults count towards your final award.

You can choose to specialise in one of the following main subject areas: archaeology, art history, architectural history, history, literature, creative writing, philosophy and political economy.

No prior qualifications are needed.
