Courses
This course examines architectural structures in gardens and landscapes from the Neolithic period to the twentieth century. While focusing on British landscape gardens, we will investigate garden architecture across different periods and cultures.
Furniture is really miniaturised architecture which delineates the space and function of a room at a particular moment in time; historic interiors are designed around furniture and also contain other objects within an overall architectural framework.
