Karen Hewitt, MBE
Karen Hewitt MBE has taught for OUDCE for more than 40 years. For twenty-five years she has taught literature for a couple of months each year in universities all over Russia. In Russia she has published books about Britain, and in Britain articles about life in Russia. Among other activities, Karen organises an annual conference for Russian teachers of English literature, often featuring the works of Hilary Mantel.
