David Catalano

David Catalano is a McKinsey-trained strategy professional, currently completing his MBA at Oxford, with deep experience advising Fortune 500 executives on business transformations, post-merger integration, and AI-enabled operational strategy.
At McKinsey, he has led cross-functional teams to deliver strategy and implementation support across a range of industries, frequently serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite and board-level stakeholders.

His work spans sectors including energy, manufacturing, and consumer products, and he specializes in translating emerging technologies into measurable business impact for non-technical business leaders.

In addition to his consulting work, David is a member of the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Society and serves as Co-Head of Allyship for the Oxford Women in Leadership Alliance at the Saïd Business School.
He holds advanced certifications in AI, project management, and financial modeling, and previously enjoyed a career as an award-winning opera and musical theatre performer.
