Susan Anne Wilkinson

Sue studied English and History, followed by a post-graduate training as a Careers Counsellor. Her first post in Counselling was in the Montreal High school system. On her return to England worked with young unemployed young people, alongside doing a Further Education teaching Certificate. With this she taught on courses on life and social skills for unemployed young people and women returning to work. In 1989 Sue was appointed as a Careers Counsellor at Oxford Brookes University. Following further training she completed the Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling at Oxford University Department of Continuing Education. She then  transferred to the Counselling team within the University. In addition Sue worked as a Counsellor in GP practice, and also set up a Counselling service in Plater College Oxford. Since 2011 Sue has been a Clinical Tutor on the Psychodynamic Studies Course at Oxford Department for Continuing Education. Sue works as a supervisor. She also has experience of running groups on personal assertiveness and self-development.
