An introduction to counselling provision and practice in schools. Using a variety of learning methods, we will explore the personal and organisational skills needed to become a school counsellor and to set up a school counselling service.
Exploring the way young people form relationships with themselves and others from a therapeutic perspective. The ten week programme provides transferrable skills and a basic introduction for listening to and helping young people in a variety of settings.
