This course explores some of the key skills required to build Emotional Intelligence into your leadership style.
Through challenging material, self-analysis and reflection, this course aims to increase self-awareness in relation to team performance, and begin to develop more effective Leadership skills.

Dates, Times and Delivery:
Sessions will be held over MS Teams.
This course will be delivered as four sessions - three 1.5 hour workshops delivered once a week on Tuesdays at 14:00 and a one-hour case study session between workshops 2 and 3.
You may be grouped into a smaller team for this case study activity and analysis.
To support the online sessions, you should actively engage in offline activities, such as the introductory tasks.
Please build in extra time around each online session to allow for any technical issues.
