Starting a Successful Business (Online)

Overview

This course is designed to give you practical advice on starting a successful business. 

The tutors are expert consultants from Oxentia, Oxford’s Global Innovation Management Consultancy.

Oxentia has a wealth of experience in setting up and supporting small and medium-sized enterprises around the world.

The course will be broken down into four sessions, each one taking you through the essentials of starting your own successful business.

Course Delivery:

The Starting a Successful Business (Online) course will run over two weeks, from 9 - 18 November 2020, with online sessions delivered at 11:30 – 13:30 (UK time) on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Each session will be two hours, including a 5-minute break between some of the topics.

These live video sessions will be held over Microsoft Teams at 11:30 – 13:30 (UK time) on:

  • Monday 9 and 16 November
  • Wednesday 11 and 18 November.

No attendance at Oxford is required and you do not need to purchase any software.

Certification

Participants who attend the full course will receive an electronic confirmation of attendance. 

This confirmation will show your name, the course title and the dates of the course you attended.

A record of this information will be retained by the University of Oxford, should further confirmation of your attendance on this course be required (for example, by your employer, or prospective employer).
